An agent facing a growing portal has no free way to compare services. This one answers from three public documents: the portal catalogue, the portal status snapshot, and the official nine-rule acceptance audit. It returns the evidence and orders candidates by a rule it states in every response. It invents no quality score and names what it does not measure. It never makes a paid call on your behalf.
